Anji Foundry is a specialized foundry from China, who produces various castings of aluminum, magnesium, steel, copper, iron and titanium, aluminum precision casting . It was set up in 1966 and located in Anshun, Guizhou Province, and now it is a large state enterprise in China. Anji Foundry covers 330,000-square-metre area, its total building area is 130,000 square meters, 60,000 square meters among them is for production and research work. It has fixed assets of 100 million yuan, in which circulating capital is 40 million yuan. Through the hard work of all Anji's cadres and workers in the past 30 years, Anji now has become a multiple large specialized foundry with high-level technology and modern equipment. Various machines for casting, machining and testing add up to 600 or so, among which there are a low-pressure-casting production line, and a titanium aluminum precision-casting production line which come up to advanced world standard of 1990s. And there are many new casting equipment such as vacuum casting furnace, vacuum drying oven, aluminum-alloy smatter which reach the first level at home. Anji Foundry is made up of 6 casting workshops for cast aluminum and cast magnesium, steel, titanium and aluminum precision casting; and 4 auxiliary workshops for machining, mechanic repairing, power supplying and die making; and also a center for measuring and testing. We produce alloys of titanium, aluminum, magnesium and heat-resisting steel, stainless steel, structure steel, copper alloys and iron alloys. We have produced over 70 kinds of casting products of alloys grade and have mastered many casting methods and know-hows, such as sand cast, centrifugal casting, investment casting, ceramic casting, bi-metal casting and low-pressure casting, etc. With various special test tools, we have a complete system of quality control and have obtained classⅡcertificate of qualified national measuring unit. Before 1983, Anji Foundry mainly manufactured castings of aeroplanes, aero engines and some other aero parts for China National Aviation Industry Corporation. Since 1986, it has developed on aluminum-alloy production lines of cylinder head and air intake manifold for imported vehicles (all kinds of cars and lighter autos) and engineering trucks. Through the technology innovation during the 7th and 8th “Five Year Plan”, Anji has the ability to manufacture 100,000 cylinder heads annually. And in recent years, it also exports titanium-alloy golf head castings and aluminum alloy castings to the U.S.A., Germany, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. |
